The Red Board
The Red Board is a drop-in replacement for the Slave Board.
Red Box Controller
The Red Box Controller is the "brains" of the Red Board System and replaces the Quantum® monitor or Spectrum® Controller. To install, simply connect the already installed RS-485 communications cable from the dryer panel to the Red Box Controller and plug in the included power supply. The Red Box Controller will then provide a wireless connection to the Display Unit (i.e., the wireless tablet).
The controller includes up-to-date technology that will be upgradable for years to come.

Wireless Display Unit
The wireless display unit provides the dryer operator with the convenience of controlling all dryer parameters while not being restricted to a fixed location. Operation of the dryer may take place anywhere within the wireless range of the Red Box Controller (e.g., 25-40 feet).
This greatly eases initial setup of the Red Box Controller and allows the dryer operator to make any necessary parameter adjustments from a variety of on-site locations, including next to the dryer or the dryer panel itself.

Wireless Settings and Controls
The Settings and Dryer Configuration screens of the wireless display unit provide a logical hierarchy to find and set dryer parameters and options both easily and quickly.
The Dashboard of the wireless display unit gives the user real-time information with respect to many dryer settings and dryer operation states. Furthermore, the Dashboard has most settings easily accessed through "hot keys" that are located around the graph of moisture values.
Additionally, the Red Box Controller allows not only full manual control of the Dryer, but also allows the following Automatic operating modes as well:
• Moisture Based Continuous Flow Full Heat
• Moisture Based Continuous Flow Heat/Cool
• Temperature Based Continuous Flow AMC-T
• Time Based Batch Mode Full Heat
• Time Based Batch Mode Heat/Cool
